"I don’t know who they’re hiring, but this is the second time I’ve had to get my hair re-cut. Not to mention 20.75? For just a haircut? That’s ridiculous, not to mention the fact that they no longer look professionally dressed anymore."

"I appreciate that I was able to get in but I guess you get what you pay for is the lesson I learned. I took my daughter in to get her hair cut. She wanted her ends trimmed and curtain bangs. Well, she got her ends cut. Christina just cut straight across the back and then gave her bangs that went straight across her face with no framing of the face. I had to my daughter home and google how to cut curtain bangs so we could fix them. I don’t like to see my daughter in tears and that’s what happened from this haircut. Plus, I scheduled her for a wash, hair cut and style…and she received a wash, an unprofessional haircut, and a head of hair that was only half blown dry. I will never go back!"

"I have been a loyal customer of this hair salon for years. I have two young children who I've only ever taken to this salon for their haircuts. However, I just had an experience there that nearly left me in tears. I have been trying to carve out a couple of hours to take the time to get my hair cut and all over highlights. At this point, being a busy working mom of two little kids, it has been well over a year since I've been able to take the time for myself to get my hair done. I made an appointment for two weeks ago. I had to cancel it because I had an important meeting pop up for work unexpectedly. So I reschedule for a couple of days later. Well, that got messed up too (I had the appointment marked down for 1pm and the salon had me marked down for 10am. I was called at 10:15am and told that I missed my appointment. I apologized for the miscommunication, but the lady sounded very annoyed with me. No apologies on their end for the mix up.) So, again, I rescheduled my appointment, for today. It is Spring Break for my kids, but I had made babysitting arrangements for my hair appointment. Well this morning my babysitting arrangements fell through. I called the salon, apologized, and explained the situation. The girl who I spoke to on the phone (I believe her name was Sarah) chuckled and said "Well since this is like the third time that you've done this to us, so I don't think that we'll be taking any other appointments from you." After a brief pause I told her that I understand and hung up. I've had some time to think about it and realize that I feel completely shamed. I was not purposely missing my appointments, nor did I intentionally stand up any of my appointment. I've loyally taken my children to this salon for 6+ years and was a client their myself prior to that (when I actually had the time and money to get my hair cut and colored every 6-8 weeks). I've always kept my appointments and tipped very well. Treating customers like this is not okay and, unfortunately, I will now be taking my business elsewhere."
