"Did not get what we ask for at all. Picked a color and the worker decided on her own to change it without even asking. 'she' thought it would be brighter. Tried to blame the lighting in the shop. Took her outside with mirrors to show her the hair, because we live outside I guess. Knew it was not what was asked for. Knew customer was not happy. While the older ladies where nice and all, this younger worker was not. For $185 you'd think they would care."
"My wife followed her beautician, Terri, to this place about a year or two ago. My wife and I go every week. So, I'm basing this review on at least 50 observations. The place is clean and bright. They offer nail service and, I think, pedicures. They have a lot of stations, ten maybe, and plenty of seating for spouses in the waiting area. The clientele includes a wide age range from children to seniors, including teenagers. Most of the clients appear to be longtime customers because everyone seems to know everyone else. It's a modern version of an old time cracker barrel. My wife is frequently stopped by strangers who compliment her on her hairstyle, and to ask where she gets it done. I have to say that Terri has always done a nice job on Carla. But, I also have to say that all of the stylists do great work (at least on Saturday, which is when we go). I don't have any experience with other shops. So, I don't know if their prices are reasonable or not. I just know that whatever it is, it's worth it to look like Carla does."
