"So I went to the rite aid on wales with my insurance card this morning to get a Covid test. They said my insurance wasn’t going thru and they never heard of my provider. They even tried to tell me my card was wrong and they were literally acting like I was crazy or something. It was very uncomfortable. I went to my car to call my provider and they said i was covered so I went back in to tell them that and they basically just said well, we already tried. I left and went to wal greens and my card went right thru. And they were so nice. You guys at rite aid need to work on your customer service skills"

"Do not shop at this store. An employee was doing inventory and not wearing a mask. Anyone who wanted to use that aisle would have to pass within inches of her. I mentioned it to the cashier and she ignored me. This was on Tuesday April 28th at 1pm."
