"The lady at bowl #3 who did my gel pedicure did not cap off my ends on one foot and the Polish ended up chipping not even a week after getting them done. Very disappointing. As a Nail Technician myself that’s like the #1 thing you should always make sure you do when polishing. Was asked for payment and was told initially it was $60. Okay. I only keep a certain amount of money on my card to prevent fraud so it declined for the woman to switch it up and tell me it’s $65, payment went through but you can’t tell someone to pay you one thing then switch it up last minute. I will not be back."
"Victor was the first nail technician I saw and I will not waiver to anyone else. He listened to my wants/needs/concerns. He did an amazing job. My second visit I added a pedicure, Victor did an excellent job with my stubby toes. Check out Nail Premier. The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing, & all the employees seem to have the same great qualities for customer service."
"My daughter and I came in for pedicures… whatever they used on my legs after the sugar scrub caused burning sensations and a rash on my leg, this also actually happened to my daughter the last time we came for pedi but they said it’s because she shaved her legs prior to the apt. Both of us know that’s not the reason for the rash. I will attach pic, to see what it looks like a week later. And when they started to paint my daughters toes, she said “that doesn’t look like the color I picked” they confirmed the number she chose and went on painting with a color she didn’t like. So upon check out, my daughter points out the color she chose, it was the correct number she gave them but what they used was several shades darker, the lady at check out said, “it’s probably because the sun fades the sample” needless to say we had a terrible experience and spent over $150 for the two of us to get pedis.. one being a color she dislikes and the other covering me in a rash. I will not return and would recommend going anywhere else but premier nails"
