"I waited to write this review because I didn't want to do it out of anger or frustration and wanted to wait to see if the stylist would reach out to me. This is NOT a bad review for the salon, but is a specific complaint for the stylist we had the appt with. I had never used this salon before and had seen (Tiffany Graybill) advertise a few times on Facebook so I thought I'd give her a try. The appt was for a haircut for my son at 10am with Tiffany. We showed up like 10 mins early. When we walked in, there is not a front desk/reception so we just took a seat figuring Tiffany would get us when she was ready. We were in no rush so we waited until 10:30am and I finally asked someone if they could let Tiffany know we were there. It was at that moment we were told that Tiffany was not even there and they would text her for us. I told them to not bother since we didn't want to wait any longer. I get a mistake with scheduling, but to not even be there at all for an appt that you made directly was very disappointing. Also, I'm sure someone told her about the issue (probably texted her as soon as we left) and she never reached out with an apology or explanation. I just felt that was very unprofessional and disappointing. She lost, not 1, but 2 potential clients (my son and myself)."
