Luv Nails

"I have been going to Luv’s for 4 years. I get my gel mani/pedi done here & also my acrylics when I wear them. I have also done the dip powder but I prefer gel. Everyone who works here does an excellent job & I have never had any issues! Highly recommend!"

"Okay first off I don’t recommend them lol. The guy was super nice at table 5 but then they were switching staff every 5 minutes. They had me soaking in a ziplock bag of nail polish remover and Cotton pads that have already been used which is a BIG RED FLAG. Overall my nails came out great but will never come here again due to the unsanitary environment."

"I've been there a couples times now just to see if it was a bad day or what.... but the first time I went I went to Dan he did my acrylic over lay and he did a great job. The second time I made an apt because I had to be at work. Even with my apt it took forever they were passing me back and forth with I had an apt with Dan. His wife just is rude really. Then I swore I wouldn't go back because i made an apt to make sure I wouldn't be there all day but was there for almost 3 hours for my nails. Then my daughter and my niece made an apt there yesterday for homecoming at 3:30 was their apts. they were there until 6:00 pm. They were helping other ppl that were coming in. I mean I get making money. but when you make apts. they should be the main focus and then help others after they are done! Not to mention they had 2 simple looks they wanted just black tips with diamond on my daughter and pink French tips for my niece with diamonds their pictures they wanted and reality of what they got were two different things? Thank god I walked in when I did because they were adding these huge diamonds on my daughters nails and when I said I wanted smaller diamonds on my daughters nails the wife of Dan said something in their language and I'm sure it was rude. Then I tell her my niece wants them and she said "the little ones take too long" like what? We are paying customers that have been sitting there for 3 hours and you are complaining about how long that will take? I just feel like Dan does a good job but his wife is always in a hurry and every time his wife did my nails they didn't look good because of her rushing. The first time she did my nails I literally had to tell her like these are not the same shape. When I said that she became rude and still rushed the whole time! I've had a pedicure from there as well and they literally barely did that it was the bare minimum. I'm a very good tipper and I understand some ppl have a bad day but this was 3 different occasions. I will not be back to this place but I just want to let everyone know that appointments mean nothing here at this place!"
