"Friendly staff but low quality work and VERY overpriced. I was quoted "$37.50" for a "full set". When she began, she insisted on doing "Dip". I asked her what that was and how much more it would cost. Her response was "Same price, just $1 more". She then explained it is lighter material and easier to remove. When done, the nails looked bulbous and malformed. They were also jagged and uneven. I pointed it out and she "corrected it" (not well) and then said "oh. You will be fine!". When I paid, the cost was $60!!! I was very unhappy and questioned why? She then stated "oh. I do something different for you. It's good. You're fine!"and walked away smiling while I told her I won't ever refer them or return. Had to repair the malformations myself at home just for them to look presentable. Unhappy customer! Not to mention that their establishment is in disrepair and seems no corrections in sight. The air was caustic and hot, due to 1 tiny fan and a broken AC."
"The girl who did my gel mani/pedi gave me the second best leg rub I’ve ever had during a pedicure. They are a bit overpriced but who isn’t these days? She also did extra coats on my manicure which I love!"
"My pedicure was probably the worst I have ever had. The water was cold. Soaked for about one min. before he started working on my feet. The water amount only barely covered my feet. He was new to working there and a sweet man so I was giving him the benefit of a doubt. But honestly spent hardly anytime on working on my feet before gel polishing. The pricing was more than I have ever spent on a pedicure. Then the gel literally began peeling off two days later…will not be returning."
"Came here for a b-day treat with the girls. They accommodated 4 of us wonderfully. They were kind and the work was fantastic. Would recommend!"
"Very disappointed I just got my nails done on the third and it looks like I've had them on for over two week's. Very lumpy lifting uneven crooked. Nail under the nail. The guy doing them made me feel very weirded-out talking about his home life and how he was unhappy and was drunk when his wife got pregnant. Just very unprofessional."
