"The woman that cut my hair did a fantastic job! I was very pleased. They were very busy and she was the only one working that day. I felt bad for her so I tipped her ten dollars. She was definitely a good employee! I hope the boss there knows how lucky is is to have her! She spoke with an accent, I do not recall her name though."

"Salam did a terrible job with trimming my hair. I have chunks of longer hair that doesn’t belong to my bangs or a layer on one side and a smaller group of strands on the other side. Also she did not blow dry my hair all the way and let me walk out in the cold with wet hair. Oh not to mention she had a cough and coughed a lot with no mask."
"Let this be the last time I let great clips mess me up. It’s usually a hit or miss on the quality of haircut I get from great clips so I keep switching up locations trying to find a good stylist somewhere, usually I never complain but come on, you removed my hairline on one side and my bangs look like a heartbeat. The bangs I can attempt to fix myself, but I’ll be stuck with a bald spot until it grows back. I honestly shouldn’t have paid, but my toxic trait is I tipped too."
"More than anything I love the app. Registering ahead of time and knowing the wait times has made Great Clips our default haircut destination. I purchased the discounted $10.99 haircut gift card and sadly have to bring cash for tips, but it's worth the inconvenience for discount cuts. Coupons come regularly enough that I'm almost never paying fill price which keeps us coming back. Had one issue with being overcharged for a hair product item (sticker and register didnt match) and the management reimbursed me within a couple weeks."
