"Audrey was wonderful. It was my first time there, and I was a little nervous. She was so nice and so easy to talk to and she actually listened to what I wanted. I got highlights and a haircut. I showed her pictures, she asked lots of questions to clarify my wants and followed through. She didn't make me feel rushed, she took her time. And I am very happy with the cut and highlights. All the staff was very friendly and the environment is beautiful and clean. Thanks Audrey."
"Beware! Worst experience ever for $375 First day they didn't schedule enough time to do base break and highlight my hair so they cut it and styled it and had me come back the next day. Came back the next day and was there 5 hours and they charged me for another style. Said the roots would lighten after washing. My roots were dark, looked like I didn't even have my hair done. Called and told the salon I was not happy. The manager called back and told me that I had a color correction and that I could come in to see what they could to do to fix but it would not be free and she was right rude. Paying this kind of money it should have been perfect. 3 trips and time wasted. Travel all over the country for work and this by far this has been worst experience ever."
