"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I would never go here to get my nails done again. I took my sister for her 30th birthday and was not expecting this outcome. I had an older gentleman doing my nails. This guy had no idea what he was doing. He took the tiny drill and proceeded to drill the skin around my nail until it was raw and bleeding. My sister had an older woman who painted her nails like a 5 year. She has smudges all over and half of her nails weren’t fully painted. What a horrible experience and I will never be back to this place. Just reading the comments in this make it worse, because we were not the only ones!"

"I have been to many different nail places and with many different types of people and experiences, and this was the worse. I wanted a simple touch up and while I was a walk in I had to wait over an hour in an empty store without customers because they had "reservations coming in". After I was finally seated the nail touch up they did with shameful and keeping on tell me it would look better with color. I will never be returning to this establishment ever again. I do hope they can learn from these mistakes. I was charged over 30 as well, because "I wasn't getting color." I do not recommend!"

"It was my first time going to this salon and after getting my nails done two days later my nail snapped. Then Judy, the tech, blamed me for it and told me I had to pay $5 for my single nail to be replaced. Completely unprofessional and rude will not be returning to her."

"I would Not refer anyone here. I went in with an appointment and was sat down almost immediately for a dip manicure. The older male tech doing my nails was kind but rough and cut me OVER 6 times with the drill (Did not know it was so many times until I was home and applied peroxide) .I was bleeding and he was wiping it with his finger and still dipping my fingers in the dip powder. I called after my service because I was still bleeding at home and was told I could come back in to have a solution placed on my nails that would stop the bleeding. I declined and used peroxide. However the manager was to reach back out. Needless to say that NEVER happened."
