Reflections On The Harbour Salon

"Absolutely would NOT recommend coming here. I went here a few months back & everything was going okay until the owner began throwing around snarky remarks out of the blue, like, “Do you know why I have so many cameras all over my salon?”, to which I respond with “No” (as I am very thrown off by the question), she says “Because some people like to steal and think they can get away with it”. The conversation pretty much ended after that. But throughout my appointment she continued to make remarks about stealing. For a while I was confused as to why she kept bringing this up, until I came to the realization that she probably thinks I had stolen something. I didn’t address her remarks in the salon at all, and she never came straight forward and accused me during the session. I was in the salon with my girlfriend, and my sister, so I did speak with them about it, and they were just as confused as I was. Long story short, I get a call from the owner around 11:30 at night, she continues to tell me that “She knows what my girlfriend and I did”. I ask her to explain, and she tells me that we stole a lip balm from her. Please note that this woman is absolutely wasted during this phone call (slurring her words & can’t get a sentence out for the life of her). I ask for video evidence, and was told that she has to get the recording “approved”. I told her to cancel my next appointment and she begged me not to cancel it over and over again. I ended up just hanging up because she was too drunk to even have a conversation with. She CONTINUES to call me about 5 more times, from 12:00-2:00 in the morning. It was ridiculously unprofessional. I do have video proof of parts of the phone call. To say the least, this woman is crazy."

"I’ve been here two times and will not be coming again, place was gross and dirty each time and owner of the place is extremely unprofessional and rude, everything is also so dusty and the place smells awful."

"The owner of this salon is absolutely crazy. She called me and my friends at 2am and was very obviously drunk. she accused my friend of stealing with no valid proof or reason to think this. While on the phone with her we asked to see the video footage she apparently had and she failed to give it to us. Very rude and disrespectful. it was so bad i want to give it a zero but that’s not possible so i give it a one."

"the owner of this place is absolutely delusional, she’ll also constantly try to sell you things after multiple times of telling her you don’t want to buy extras, she’ll do this every appointment you have with her. There is much more that she’s done but i’ll keep this review short. I’d suggest saving your money and time and not going here."

"I took my daughter Alaina here for a haircut for her birthday. The ladies were so sweet to her and took her in with out a appointment. Pat her hair came out fantastic and she loves it. Definitely recommend and will return in the future for her next cut."
