"I called in trying to get an appointment as a new customer but, the girl on the phone was so rude and unpleasant. When I asked for her name she hung up on me, how professional. From that encounter alone I would definitely suggest somewhere else in Amherst."

"Took me a long time to even have the courage to post because normally I don't complain. However, this place needs to be known about. I bought a Groupon for a discounted pedicure and was excited to try a new place. Left feeling very frustrated and upset. The water was dirty, and while the girl was doing my feet she happened to cut my foot with whatever instrument she was using. I have gotten an infection since then. She cuts my toenails too deep and a couple of them were bleeding. The scrub she put on my legs was just left on and I felt disgusting. Finally, when she painted my toes the nail polish was all over the outside of my toes. I went right after I left to somehwere else and the lady looked at my feet and asks what happened? Please please do not go here for a pedicure .Hopefully it's a different experience for your hair, but I will never visit here again."

"Horrible mani pedi. Small house. Water was dirty and cold. They didn't take the scrub off all the way so it was still sticky when I got home. Manicure took over an hour. Nails weren't shaped properly. Nail polish was all over and came off when I got home. Will never go again. Mani pedi took 2.5hrs."

"I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure and manicure (I paid difference for gel manicure) As soon as I walked into the salon, my first impression was not good at all!! I entered through a "messy" kitchen into an extremely small waiting, reception and manicure area, I only wish I followed my intentions and walked back out right then and there! The pedicure area was terrible and the selection of nail polish even worse!!! I have a better selection at my house!!!I could have done a better job polishing my toe nails... as far as my gel manicure... it hasn't even been two weeks since I had them done and I have to go and have them redone (elsewhere!!!) I am so disappointed and disgusted that I literally wasted my money on this Groupon! I do not recommend this salon at all!!!!! I have my nails done all the time and I have never had any of these issues before!!! Take my advice and pay the extra $$$ and go somewhere else!"
