"Frequented this location many times over the years. I am very disappointed with the ongoing level of service and professionalism of the staff. Gave them another chance after frying my hair with highlights/lowlights, which I had done at this location many, many times, because I understand mistakes happen. After returning, services were received for myself and child. The stylist refused to accept the Cost Cutters Coupon, charged me for incorrect services, and didn't discount the 50% for product purchase, even when I was advised it had already been taken off. My stylist also argued with me about a cut that I have been getting for years and refused to trim my hair in the way that I preferred, leaving me with many split ends still. The poor customer service and lack of knowledge about different hair textures in a salon is not acceptable. Do better."
