"Table 4, your amazing. I really need to ask your name because your so sweet to all the guests that come in. You manage the floor very well. Yesterday I had gotten my nails filled and YOU NAILED IT. My shape, length and polish were done perfectly. Table four is the only employee here that I have had a good experience with. Avoid table 18 at all cost. If Your put at table 18, just schedule with table four and come back or even one of the other ladies."

"my nail tech at station 18 was cold and messy. He argued with me about the shape I wanted. He used old, dirty buffers on my nails and left product on my skin. Both of which are a huge violation of code. at what point in your career did you think it was okay to send someone out with this much product and mess under my nails. the tops of my nails do look good, but theres no excuse for the used files and product left on my skin. and yes, I told him to clean up my nails after he was done, and this was the best he could do. I got to a point where i just wanted to get out of there. Hope i dont get contact dermatitis from all that product on my skin!"
