"Older generation hair ONLY! Took my 22 yr daughter here. They cut her hair two to three inches shorter than what was physically indicated several times. (pictures were provided to Hairdresser for example) Hair was cut unevenly and not blended. Hairdresser's equipment was poorly maintained to the point that the knotted cords prevented use. Curling iron (non-ceramic coated) was used directly on virgin hair with no heat protectant. The client had to remind the hairdresser. Wanted loose beach waves and got hairspray spiral curls with a teased bump. Both me and my daughter ended up crying because it was so bad. She literally said "I look like Lord Farquaad". Had to spend almost $200 to try to salvage what was left into a decent hairstyle. NEVER AGAIN."
