"Viv ordered k tip extensions for me for a stylist that was to install them. Long story short, the extensions turned out to not be the correct texture after the stylist installed them and would not work for my texture of hair. The stylist, not affiliated with Viv’s work, admitted to fault being all on Viv. Viv went above and beyond to make this situation right even when the stylist was inflexible to help. Viv gave me a proper hair consult and made sure to give me information on the type of extension method versus my hair texture. After discussing with her and it not being the optimal way to use this type of extensions in my hair, Viv refunded the full amount of the hair I initialed paid for to rectify the situation. Because of her honesty and care of the future of my hair, I would 100% go to her in the future for my hair needs."

She takes complete pride in her work and is always making sure she does what she can to satisfy her customers. She is honest and upfront about what she can accomplish, the pricing, if it will take multiple sessions, or if it’s not something that can be done. Her business is her pride and joy. She puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows through the fact that she has been able to maintain a consistent client base with not just myself, but clientele that she’s worked with for many years. "It's a beautiful place, the folks very nice! I get my nails done at the salon. The girl that does my nails is Kimberly. She's awesome and does a fantastic job! And the area where she does the Manicures and Pedicures (her area) is very beautifully decorated!"
"If you are in town on business or live in town, I highly recommend this shop. They do nails, pedicures, body massages, make up and eyelashes and more very clean professional environment. Like I said, do not sleep on this new shop, Vivi and Kim Wallencheck and the rest of the crew are very good at what they do and I think we needed this in our community."
