"I purchased my pool in September 2020,. My pool was delivered in March this year, and was told by the office manager Jenni that installation typically starts in May. I was asked if I'd like to be placed on their "flex list" to have my pool installed at a sooner date as long as I was flexible with time, of course I said yes. A friend of mine who lives in the same area was given an install date of June 25th and she purchased her pool MONTHS after me. I contacted Jenni to see why I wasn't assigned an installation date, and she seemed to not know the answer to that. When she finally responded to me I was given an install date for July 23 and I bought my pool in September 2020!!! The fact that I had to reach out to her and this company is completely unprofessional. How is this acceptable? It is now the end of July my pool is still NOT installed and I've had my pool installation dated pushed out 4x now. I've tried calling and emailing their office several times too see why my date keeps being pushed out and I have yet to get a response. My pool has been sitting in my garage for 4 months!! Absolute pools will cost Litehouse a lot of money because I am ready to return my pool with a FULL REFUND and take my business elsewhere!! You have made my experience as a first time pool owner absolutely HORRIBLE!"

"Brian and his team was absolutely amazing!!!! The day of our installation my uncle passed away and my grandfather was in the hospital getting ready to pass away. The guy's went above and beyond to accomplish getting our pool installed. Brian and Luke stayed in great contact with me as I ran back and forth to the hospital and was so accommodating. I couldn't have had a better group of guy's or a better experience for a pool install."

They cleaned up after themselves and were very kind and thorough with letting us know what we need to do and expect. Anna and Nicole in the office were the most wonderful people to deal with.
