"Needed a new skimmer on an inground pool. I reached out to many companies, with no response. I called Metropolitan Pools and am so happy I did. Chris came out quick, gave an estimate and started the work within a week. We were so confident in their knowledge and workmanship that we replaced our 40 year old heater as well. He and Mike did a great job and we can't wait to open in the spring."

"My daughter worked for them during the summer. They were very unwelcoming, rude and dismissive towards her. She felt so uncomfortable working for this company she quit."

"My daughter was signed up to take the lifeguarding class this coming weekend. The only requirement by the company was that the 7 hour on line class was supposed to be done before the in class started on Saturday. They canceled her out of the class because she had not started the on line portion yet. When I called they said they could not put her back in the class because she was not going to be working for them this summer. This company is unprofessional and did not hold up their end of the agreement. I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone I know."

"Took 6 weeks to get a quote for equipment replacement, I asked for itemized quote per item and I was accused by a staff member to be wasting their time to get money from my warranty company.. very unpleasant experience, I will take my business somewhere else."

"After speaking to numerous companies for service for our pool, we were directed to this company. WE were looking for someone that would replace our concrete deck. There was a little communication issue but I did speak with "Debbie" at the Amherst location. They have a commercial division and residential division. Our line is private. She indicated that "Chris" the manager had tried to call us several times. We were finally able to make a contact. "Chris" came out to inspect our pool, very nice man. Unfortunately they only place pool liners in, among other services, but they couldn't help us with the concrete deck. Chris was honest, gave some solid suggestions as to what we should have do to eliminate our pool. I feel that he, Debbie and Denna are all honest. Know their industry and know their limitations. I appreciated his candor. They have good ratings for their services. I would recommend them."
