"Our go to pool store. Guys are always friendly and knowledgeable. These guys have kept our pool clear the past few years. Used to go to another store and we were in almost every week because they couldn't get our chemicals right. Leslie's gets it right the first time! Prices are a bit higher but overall we save money because we aren't back week after week."
"Great for basic pool needs. NOT GREAT for pool purchase install from start to finish. Horrible communication on this. Talked a good talk and made us feel we would be contacted with a name/company of a pool installer. We had to follow up to get a pool installer and was told they had not yet been vetted and they would get back to us with a name/company. Well, they didn't and we proactively asked them many times. If you buy a pool, get the install scheduled and secured. Call today and there was no "let me see what I can do for you" or "let's call this guy" - it was, "sorry, I pride myself on customer service" blah blah blah. The ball was dropped and now we're stuck with a pool that can't be installed. We started this process in January so this wouldn't happen. BUYER BEWARE!"
