"Attended the grandkids birthday party here. We had a variety of ages. There were things to do for everyone! I appreciated the fact that an adult could walk the little ones into the play area until they were comfortable. Party room worked out very well. A very good experience!"
"As long as your expectation isn’t high, you won’t be disappointed. As soon as we walk in we felt unwelcome, no smiles no hellos I mean nothing but unhappy teens/young adults. They all looked miserable and annoyed. We had to figure out what package to buy bc no one even looked directly at us or even ask us do we need help. So after we figure out the height restriction and requirements, we had to sign waiver. The kids quickly ran to the go carts but no one was there, so they ran to laser tag, sadly no one was there so they just gave up and went into the middle ball pit (forgot what it’s called) Meanwhile about every employee was on their phone or talking to one another. I ask if someone would be at the go carts she said yes, we waited about 5 min and someone came. But so many employees are there so I understand the wait. There was about 15 kids, wasn’t busy at all so I’m so confused why no one’s was at each attraction. I felt bad for my kids, they really wanted yo try all the attractions but we finally gave up and stayed in the middle for the majority of time. We spent about 300 bucks for a bad time."
"Seems like a really cool playground and place. My 5yo daughter does have sensitivity to certain sounds and freaked out at the vacuum powered ball shooters in the ballocity playground. The staff was gracious to refund our money so kudos to them for understanding. We did get to enjoy some game time in the arcade!"
"We are from out of town and we're looking for a place our kids could play indoor. They had a great time! If we had any issues, staff quickly took care of it. Great place to take kids of all ages!"
