"UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot think of a time that I have ever left a review before this but these guys were so good that I had to go out of my way to do so! Dave and his crew were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were wonderful. They did all this work and if you look at my yard, you would literally never know. They were so cautious and respectful of everything they did. I would never steer anyone who was thinking of a pool in any other direction then Dave and his guys. There are not many companies or guys like Dave these days. Just wonderful from start to finish. "I really don’t believe in leaving negative reviews, but I’ve lost all patience with this company. I’ve tried on 3 separate occasions to reach them via email as the handful of times I’ve called the rude receptionist just couldn’t be bothered to do her job and have not gotten a response at all. I understand pool places are slammed, I do, but doesn’t excuse a business flat out not responding over the course of a few weeks. I’m not sure if those emails go to the receptionist or someone else. The receptionist seems to be this same woman every time I’ve called. She truly acts as if someone calling in to ask basic questions is the rudest thing to do to her. As in how dare I have the audacity to call her wanting to know how or who to talk to about pools and packages etc. I don’t think she realizes she is there to field basic questions and provide customer service. I’m not asking for anything specific or exact, just basic inquiries. I don’t like reviewing small businesses negatively, but if customer service or just basic professionalism is important to you I’d recommend any other pool company as the others have all been friendly (highland construction, zaber pools, pro edge pools, etc). I would suggest to this company that she could really benefit for some enhanced customer service training. Huge opportunity if you would look to draw in more business and have better reviews. I hope the correct set of eyes sees this and can take this feedback to improve the business."
