"If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional! I have seen roaches and flies everywhere at this center! They will have your child sitting in their dirty diaper for hours! One of the teachers are constantly yelling at the kids! I Do not recommend this place for you kids"

"My child has been going to this daycare for a over a year now. She speaks very highly of her teachers especially Ms. Paulette and Ms.Ware. She has really grown and learned a ton from them. She loves going to “school” and even when she’s having a rough morning every teacher is very patient and encouraging with her to get her back on track. Thank you for all you do!"

"My daughter has been attending Charming Childcare for almost 2years now! The staff are all great! The preschool teacher Ms. Paulette does a great job with her teaching! My 3 year old has learned a lot! She can count up to 10, knows some of the basic colors, working on tracing letters and etc.! I love Charming Childcare, my daughter loves going to to "school" and really look forward to seeing her friends and teacher!"

"I would like to leave this review because I support Businesses that are about the right thing and for the people and this one is personal for Me and My Wife because we are very protective of our kids but especially our Twins. We were very nervous about where we would send them after we had to return to work. We visited multiple locations around cleveland and Parma and I have to say this location really stood out from the very beginning and we all know first impressions are a lasting impression and I have to say that impression we have has never changed and only gotten better with time. Ms. Ware made the paperwork process easy and efficient for us. Ms. Ware runs a very professional business and her staff is very professional and communicative. Our babies are 9 months and have been there for almost 6 months and we strongly believe that there ability to Crawl and stand and learning to walk that we can give praise to a lot of there growth skills to Charming Hearts Staff. The Staff gives you a very Family vibe. They offer an app that allows you to have Communication to The owner and your child’s provider 24/7. They give daily updates and share pictures of the kids and also notify when they need any items. I highly recommend this Daycare if you are in the market for one."
