"Great gym, one surprising thing you will notice is how clean the gym is and that is including the restrooms (I can only confirm the men's side) and how friendly the staff is, also plenty of staff at the front desk so you will never feel like you are at home depot looking for help. I am very impress with the gym and happy to have my membership here - also TONS of free classes, you don't get that at the Y."
"this gym is AMAZING. The people are friendly, the staff is amazing, the equipment is always clean, and we couldn't ask for better managers (mike and maria- and if you have anything bad to say about them you're literally crazy....nicest people in the damn building) GROUP X classes are amazing, the cardio theater is awesome, and the gym itself feels like a family. It took me 27 years to find a gym where I actually fit in, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. I love this gym mainly because we all look out for each other. It feels like a FAMILY. Eyes are everywhere and when we notice something ain't right, we let each other know, as it should. The vibe is great, the atmosphere is friendly, and I cant say enough good things about this place."
