"Service was good but I felt I got ripped off on pricing. I got what is considered a full face wax for $60 but the eye brows was separate for $15 with a total of $75 for a face wax . On the website it states that lip and chin is $22 side burns is $15 and eye brows are $15 which all equals to $52 which is exactly what I got . So how did I end up paying $75 is beyond me . I still paid and left a tip for service but I honestly felt ripped off. I do love my nails and feet and my man enjoyed his pedicure overall ."
"Everyone is great from the front desk to the nail techs! Always friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had anything other than a positive experience. Michael at the front desk is so pleasant and kind. Bella is my preferred nail tech but everyone does a fantastic job! Moon and Jessie are also fantastic!"
"I got one of the best manicures of my life yesterday! I love the staff here, the prices, and the service. I love the monthly deals especially the paraffin wax. Every other place in Cincinnati the prices keep going up but the quality goes down, not here. I won’t go anywhere else!"

All have been great, but Sophia is by far the best! I am really rough on my hands and my nails always come through looking great;"
