"I had Susan’s pool cleaning service come to clean my pool while I was on vacation for two weeks (7/29/23 - 8/13/23). They came on Aug 1 for 1rst clean. Susan called immediately for payment. She said Brian had to add chemicals and water because level was low. I said okay and paid bill. Susan was supposed to send someone again on Thurs, 8/10 or Fri, 8/11, but my ring camera shows no one ever came. Upon arriving home the water was green. Went outside to check on the situation. I found the hose still in the pool. When I picked it up the water was still running!!! It had been running since Brian came on Aug 1 and he failed to turn the water off before leaving. Water ran for 14 days!!!!! I got a notice from water service that I may have a leak followed by a $900.00 bill. Also, all that water flushed out all of the chemicals in the pool. That’s why the water was green. I had to start the chemicals as though it was a first time fill again. This little mishap by Brian cost me a whole lot of money. When I called Susan for some assistance she denied that Brian left the water on and refused to cover any of the expenses her company had caused me. She did not even offer a refund of the $300.00 she charged me for the “cleaning” (ha ha) job! THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SUSAN WHAT SO EVER! THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM SUSAN’S POOL AND SPA IS TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE!!!! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT recommend this company."
