We have young sons who took great interest in the project and the installation team took their time to show the boys the equipment and allowed them to feel like a part of the team. "If you are looking for an in ground pool EAST GATE POOLS is the best, from start to finish they made it so easy for the customer! My process started with Chris he was wonderful explaining the process in details. The excavation crew Mark and Jimmy did a wonderful job and were in and out in a day and a half .. Dustins attention to details is what made my pool beautiful.. Jeff I cannot say enough good things about him. He went way above my expectations in everything !!hHe was knowledgeable and walked me through everything and made it a wonderful experience.. For myself I don’t know very much about pools, I’m a beginner lol. Thats where his patience kicked in he truly cares about his customers. There was no question left unanswered with him!! From start to finish it was less then a week !!! Don’t waste your time with other companies I’ve heard some horror stories, You will be amazed at how quickly you will be swimming in your pool if you choose EASTGATE POOLS!!!"

"Eastgate pools did great from the time I went into their location to purchase the pool to the install the install crew was ran by a guy name, Rodney, I believe the crew did a phenomenal job. I would not recommend any other company other than eastgate Pools. I was so impressed with the sales team all the way to the install and this is our first ever pool they made by experience A+ if you need a pool, contact Eastgate pools they will definitely take care of you"

"I came in to buy a part only to find out what I needed and was still covered under warranty. That's the best way to start off a Monday. UPDATE!!! The service was completed today and I could not be happier. The two technicians were prompt, professional and shared a wealth of information. There was one coupler that was bad but since they had the skirt off they replace the other four seals as a safety precaution. Again I could not be happier!!!! Kenny Rocks."

"I bought a pool liner over the phone. I was out of town. They sent me an electronic invoice. I picked the liner up almost a month later. When my pool person came to install the liner, there was so much rust on the pool wall that they could not install it. The box was never opened. I called eastgate pools and they gave me pricing to buy a new pool. I explained that I had the liner and they said they would take it back. I think it was Chris. He was nice when he was getting my info for another pool. I did not buy another pool. My husband went to take the liner back and they were so rude that I may never go there again. The first lady that spoke to him was not happy. She had a frown and was not nice at all. My husband left the receipt at the house and asked if she could look it up. She said no. I have been using Eastgate Pools since 2002. They were nasty. My husband came back and got the receipt. He went back to return it. the salesperson said " well you can't return that, the receipt clearly says 15 days." Their attitude was the bigger issue than not wanting to refund it. They finally returned it with a 15% restocking fee. It was not a special order. I didnt even know there was a fee. Maybe it said so on my dropbox electronic form that I did not get a copy of. I ordered it on 4/18 and picked it up on 5/11. My pick up form did not say it. The receipt was on the box with the liner in it. I didn't look at it. I just dropped it off and the rental house. They didnt say anything about a restocking fee. Mean people make life a lot more difficult than it needs to be. What happened to people working for you who liked their jobs and wanted to be there? I am so disappointed in this business."
