"I had an appt to close the pool for the season, two men show up removed the lines blew out lines and put anti freeze in the lines. They also brought a new cover however they stated another group would be by the following day to install the cover, we waited......finally I called the company for them to say "it wouldn't be today, maybe by the weekend." THE company could have atleast had a professional courtesy call to me much earlier to cancel the appt. We have used them for years, perhaps it's time to shop around!!!!"

Calls are never returned, appointments are never made, every time we talk to someone on the phone we are rushed off the phone and promised a call back. We are taking our business elsewhere to someone reliable with good customer service, you won't get that here."
