"This company has far exceeded my expectations. I looked at many companies before finally selecting cincy pools. I first love they provide a pool install with 45 days of signing a contract and the complete all work even landscaping (concrete around the pool). We are currently in our build process now, but the entire crew has worked incredibly hard every single day. I HIGHLY suggest them. I will update and add photos on the final product but here are a few from where we are currently. Thanks again cincy pools for being amazing! **edited to add picture after complete**"

"Came out to bid on job told me he would get me drawing and submit over weekend Monday came and went waited 2 more weeks called said he would get me drawing and info for financing nothing and has since ghosted me!! Does answer or respond to text or calls . Not the customer service I would expect from a company . If he would have just called back to say he could not do the job this year would have been fine we weren’t in any hurry just wanted to get on the books . His loss a bigger company’s gain I guess because they are the only ones that show up or call back"

"Mike Wingert left my job half way completed and left the useless fireplace insert behind, yet he still charged for what wasn’t hooked up correctly. He promised with witnesses to give me my money back and was given ample time. He has not and therefore will be taken to court just like the other reviews I’m reading and his public record that can be seen on the Hamilton county auditor website which shows much the same. As you can see I never give bad reviews and only give 5 ⭐️ but this guy deserves this. I will take this review down once I am paid for the incomplete job and he retrieves the insert he promised to take with him."

"Contacted them to come look at a pool so this was October 6th a scheduling for October 11th came out looked at pool. Said he would have a response by the end of the day with a contract on how much it would cost waited no response next day called him around 9:00 am, he said he's driving he'll get it to me by the end of the day. Waited all day no response. That was Wednesday Thursday I called he said oh I was busy I forgot I have it by the end of the he gave me his email he said send me a message I'll respond.so Thursday at the end of the day no email Friday he says oh. I will have to put the contract together. I'm thinking in my head really I thought you already had my contract ready to send but you have not sent it to me it's been 3 days it's almost towards the end of the season. Seems like he does not want to do the job instead of telling me I don't want to do the job he's just to wait. I will change the review if he does send me a contract soon but I've been waiting patiently and it just doesn't seem like he wants to do the job without telling me he is just wasting my time not someone worthy of doing work with"

"I contracted with the owner Mike last year. We had an install date set about 45 days out if I remember. COVID hit and of course it was a delay. The problem was t the delay as I understood the situation. The issue was the lack of response, the lack or credible answers to questions and some of the out right lies. The 120 day mark of my contract hit and I had to cancel. Did some research and during one point when he said I “was next on the list” he would show up on Tuesday I find pictures of him Online with pictures in Florida on vacation. The meta data on the pictures showed the time and place they were taken. If he had better communication and didn’t lie he could be a great person to work with. 1 star would not recommend."
