"I stopped in this bicycle shop as an out of town cyclist hanging out in Xenia on my way to Waynesville on Thursday February 1, 2024. I picked up some spare innertubes as I had experienced two flats earlier this day and was desperately in need of some. I was pleased that the mechanics looked at my bike, first with no charge and discovered and repaired an issue with my back brakes, a missing piece that I did not even know about. My back brakes had been weak for the entire 6,000 miles I've ridden the bike since purchasing it used, "as is" in 2021 in my home of Columbus. He fixed this issue for a charge of $8 which is of course incredible in the 2024 bike world. Also made me aware of some loose spokes in my back wheel that needed attention. I tightened those up today here in Columbus, now several days later. This shop is 55 miles out from my home base and an oasis to find out here where the Prairie Grass Trail meets the Little Miami Trail {Actually a little north of the Xenia Bike Station area in North Xenia itself}."

"We are visiting the area riding the Greene Cycling Classic, my wife had a tire blow out. We installed new tube on trail, called K&G looking for tires, we arrived 30 minutes before closing, they installed the two new tires while we waited, they normally close at 6:00 we walked out at 6:30,. Thanks for the great service, and we purchased a waterproof frame bag for my wife, and I updated the seat on my Giant. Thanks for the great service!"
