"I can't say enough good things things about leisuretime. First off, we were in the process of purchasing a different product from a different company and I knew a parking lot sale with Master Spas was going on close to our house. My wife and I made the drive & that's where we met our sales person Mike C. He was very nice and super knowledgeable. During this parking lot sale, Mike and Teddy were super helpful and Mike showed us the insides of our trainer 15D swim spa. The quality is superb and built here in the USA. Mike was so knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had asked. I signed on the dotted line and never looked back. We were worried about our HOA and Mike again schooled us and he was exactly right and HOA approved us, no questions asked. When you make a big purchase like this, having a sales person who actually knows and uses the product himself makes a huge difference to a buyer. We received our product so quickly it was unbelievable in this day and time. Ryan's team was who delivered our spa, and let me say, they literally can do what seems impossible. Super professional and quick. Thank you Mike C and Teddy and Ryan's delivery crew, everyone did such an amazing job. We enjoyed our spa today and couldn't believe how quick we were enjoying our swim spa from the time we purchased it.
