"Went to their Lima store, asked about a shoe said the Dayton store had it. Lima manager called Dayton store and manager there agreed to a trade said he would overnight shoe to Lima to trade. I figured I would give a local business the money instead of stock x. Two days later went back into Lima store, they called the Dayton store and he hadn’t sent the shoe yet but said he would overnight it. Today I called the Lima store and the guy said the Dayton store manager decided he didn’t want to do the deal he agreed too. Guess verbal agreements don’t mean anything anymore, will take my shoe business elsewhere."
