"I went to Golf Galaxy today and was fitted for a new set of irons. Steve C. was totally Awesome. I could not be more happier than I am right now. Not only did Steve answer all my questions but he was very knowledgeable of all aspects of game. After trying several different club head and shafts. I settled on the Cleveland Launcher XL Halo. If you are looking to get fitted for new set of clubs, I would highly recommend Steve C. Thank you Steve for an Awesome experience. Denny M,"

"If you are not dressed up or look like you have money do not go to this store. The employees are paid on commission so they often profile customers. If you do not know a lot about golf the employees will take advantage of you. The male employees are sassy!!"

"Wore some casual fall-wear into the store. When I entered I was never greeted. Throughout my trip I was never asked, checked up on, or spoken to except by a gentleman who was clearly already busy assisting another customer. Checked out with a few items with associate Luke spending $55.86. He was okay, not too friendly but everyone has bad days. Not a big deal. When I went to leave I walked to the same door I entered through and he told me I had to walk all the way back to the other side to go out the exit because a sensor counts how many people come in. I remarked that the gentleman who came in ahead of me came through the exit, did he say anything to the gentleman ahead of me? and he said “it’s a long story but you can come in through the exit, but you have to leave through the exit. I understand leaving through the exit and entering through the entrance. Usually when I enter a store where items can cost multiple thousands of dollars I expect a slightly higher standard of customer service. I’m a store manager for a retail business and would never consider treating a customer like this. They did have a good selection of balls, equipment, clubs at reasonable enough prices. I will not be back, I would rather spend a tiny bit more to get treated nicely."

"Went into the store with my grandson and wasn’t greeted. There was an employee that said hi and didn’t ask if I needed any help. I was searching for a 9-13 year old golf set. I finally found it, stood there reading the box as two other employees say nothing to me. There was only myself and a man in the entire store. If I could have gotten the clubs elsewhere I would have. They didn’t seem to care If I was there, needed help or purchased anything at all."

"The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. However, the driver fitting itself was an extreme waste of money. Essentially, it was a $30 club demo on a digital driving range. A couple drivers were pulled off the shelf and masking taped to protect. We swung them a few times and saw stats of the swings. Nothing on the club was ever adjusted or changed (loft, lie, shaft etc.). I left with no further knowledge about a club that would be fit for me. Nothing on the sign posted in the fitting area took place (picture attached). I guess we will try GolfTec or just go to a range with a driver tool and make adjustments ourselves until we find good results."
