"We originally signed our pool contract in 2022 with Patriot Lux Pools in Centerville. The joint venture had disagreements and they split. Luxury Pool Concepts (LPC) fulfilled our pool contract. LPC subs out all work and has zero oversight of the work being performed. They show up to collect your money and that is it. It would have been nice to have someone from LPC show up at different phases to check the work being performed by their subs. Workmanship of their subs is average to below average. Subs show up in flip flops and board shorts to perform construction work. Items that need improvement: professionalism (subs), quality control (LPC), workmanship (subs). LPC will indeed install an operational pool, but they have room for improvement."

"For some reason, they have two business pages with two sets of reviews on Google. I want to be sure my review appears in both places so others can be fully aware. See below. Working with them was a disaster. Pay close attention to the "five star" reviews here - they are family members, subcontractors, or paid reviews. Luxury Pool Concepts did not manage the project, did not get permits, did not complete work on time, did not respect our property, did not clean up the job, was not honest/transparent, and did not seem to care about anything other than getting paid. Their website looks nice, but they are too big for their britches and can't handle the jobs they sell (at best) and are manipulative at worst. The only reason our project ever completed was because I personally managed it down to the hour with my own spreadsheet. We were beyond disappointed. I'd be surprised if they are still in business next season with how they "manage" their work and treat their customers. Proceed with extreme caution. (and don't worry, I worked directly with the county to retroactively get my own permits after I discovered their shortcuts and dishonesty)"

"Avoid Luxury Pool Concepts! If you’re in Delaware County, don’t even consider them - our inspection (that we had to end up scheduling ourselves after they forgot to even pull permits) failed today and the county inspector said this company is “on their radar” as they have had many issues with them. Suspect they won’t be allowed to do work here soon anyway. The contractors they sub to have all had awful things to say about working with this company. No one talks to each other. I echo what the other 1 star review says… my story is almost the same, condescending tones like we are the idiots throughout the entire process as well. After my ducks are in order with the Ohio AG and my project is complete, I will update my review with ALL missteps along the way - for now just know even their own contractors said they can’t be relied upon and that our project is well past original expected completion date with sacrifices made to stay within budget as a result of dishonest sales tactics to get us to sign our contract. I share this to try and protect future potential customers. You should also know as a consumer, THREE of these reviews are from their family/relatives!"
