"Nice place, great exercise equipment and friendly staff."
"I have been a member for 7 months. I primarily use the treadmill. At first I asked for instruction in the weight room. Tracy showed me I think 6 machines. I would like to know them all and I thought that she would show all. I tried one work out group but was told I am not eligible because I do not belong to Silver Sneakers. This is because I am a veteran I was told. How embarrassing. I then went to another class, I got dizzy and could not keep up. The instructor was very nice, however, very embarrassed to the point of tears again. I do not feel welcome here and will be opting out at my first opportunity."

"Went to go in the pool very early since my husband went. They have free weights and machines and a walking track. I think they had the treadmills, too, but didn't look to see if they still did."
