"Won't go back. Been there 2x and both times the same lady told my daughter... "next time you get squar nails it faster"... if she wants almond then I will pay for almond, if she wants round, I pay for round. We as customers pay for a service that WE want not whats faster for the worker. She tried to tell me to get pink nails and I tried to explain what I wanted was for my dad's burial and u wasn't changing my mind. She then tried to get me to get gold, waste of time. I had to clean the polish and dip from around my cuticles when I got home. I never asked for dips but she messed up one of my thumb nails 2x and said dips were faster so at this time I'm like whatever I want to get the heck out of here. She kept asking me how long ago it was since i got a pedicure like i was lying when i said about 2 weeks ago. I had a perfesional one done few weeks prior and i gave myself a pedicure a week before this said disaster. I painted my toes with gelish polish and that stuff last forever. She had me to put my toes in this tiny little glass jar and it wasnt comfortable at all. Then she tells me it's 268 for mine and my daughters plus pedicures. I almost choked becaused I wasn't pleased and they were rude. I will go without before going back to this place. Everyone was very rude."

"Took my daughter here today. Guy was super rude. Then he told my niece sit still when she did one circle in the rollie chair. No other customers at all no one to distract. He was rude. ,Also told my daughter if she wanted coffin shape it would be ten dollars more. I've been here before and it was much more friendly."

"this place is absolutely horrible! Never coming back again. My friend and I beside you get our nails don’t and i didn’t even get what i wanted! It costed extra for a shape but doesn’t say anything about it in store or on the website. Then, they continue to be hurtful with my nails and my hands. I asked for a yellow color that you see on a sunflower and continued to give me neon yellow. By the time they dried mostly they was messed up and had fingerprints in them! I was trying to pay and she stayed on the phone ignoring us. Avoid this place with all cost."
