"Billy was a great help, knowledgeable, and nice. This is one of the better Advanced Auto Locations that I have been to across the nation. The only reason this is a 4 out of 5 is because the online store and in-store are more out of sync than they should be and this opinion is based on the fact I work in the IT software industry and know for a fact that Kroger's system is more accurate and near real-time than Advanced Auto because I worked on the project that got it there. If AAP fixes their IT shortcomings I would give them a 5 out of 5."

"The best customer service I've experienced. I had to swing by on my way home from North Carolina because my battery was shot. Not only were they helpful in helping me choose a good battery, they helped me install it at night in the cold rain. Very thankful for their awesome staff."

"I am very disappointed in Advance auto parts and will never shop here again. I ordered a part on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm and the guy told me they would have it in store by noon the next day. So the next day i never got a call saying my part was in so i called when i got off work around 4pm and they couldn't find my info where they ordered my part. about 10 minutes later they found where they ordered my part and said yeah it didnt come in but it might be here tomorrow. The reason i ordered my part through Advance is they said they could have it in next day the other auto parts stores were all two days out. But apparently so is Advance auto parts."
