"My Stylist was great the issue I have had several times is i sign in online it tells me to be at the store im 2or 3 in line i walk in and find out im 6-7 on the list whats the point in signing in ive been using great clips for well over 13-14 years at locations where I was living at the time and ive only had this issue at the Mt orab location again all of the stylist have been great Ive never had a bad experience with them but I seriously am considering trying other locations or even other brands of salons"
"Felt very welcomed, I was nervous to go to a new place, not to mention I was already nervous about the hair cut I was goen for, which was a cut that would be the shortest mybhair had ever been. The young lady who did my hair was AmAzInG... Not only did she talk with me through the whole experience, an not only did I walk out of there in love with the atmosphere and the young lady, whome cut my hair, But I Was In Love With My New Dew... Jess Was The Best...!!!"
"I am heartbroken.... My son is 15 starting a new school in 3 days and we went for a trim of his badass mullet. This was one of the few things he is proud about. They destroyed it. I had to try and get them to turn his butchered hair into a fade and the next hair stylist who was great showed me that a fade was impossible to pull off.... That's how bad it was. Supposed to be a trim and now my 15 year old has a COMBOVER.... FOR 21 DOLLARS.... oh and he gets a free trim when his hair grows back in the spots the lady shaved in his scalp.... Don't go here. I'm not even going back for the free haircut..... I'm so sad.... And so hurt I paid someone to make him feel so bad about himself..... I hope the lady stops cutting hair...."
