"Terrible experience. Asked for a trim and face framing. She left my bangs uneven & took out so much hair in the front I have lost about 1/3 thickness now which is the most upsetting part. Looks so bad, I regret going there. My hair used to be my favorite feature, now I will hide it for months until it grows back"
