"As a licensed cosmetologist, absolutely horrifying haircut. The stylist went to start cutting my hair without asking how much I wanted to cut. I had to physically grab my hair and stop her. Then when she was cutting my hair she didn’t section it at all. There was zero technical skill, it looked and felt like someone off the street was cutting my hair. I made it out without having my hair butchered but it was not even. I went to a second salon immediately and had it recut. Do not recommend at all, so disappointed. I travel a lot and use great clips a lot and have never had a problem until today."
