"the staff didn't even ask my brother what type of haircut he wanted, just started cutting and left him totally unsatisfied and upset. this is not the first bad haircut he has recieved from this establishment. Another staff member even came over and asked "what did you do?" about my brother's haircut which shows that someone may not have been trained properly before being let out to do damage to peoples appearance and dignity."
"On April 19th 2023, I took my 2yr old son to get his 1st haircut at the Beechmont location and Nicole was who got stuck with us... It was probably one of the worst haircuts she had to perform due to my son screaming bloody murder the WHOLE TIME while squirming in my lap horribly. But yet she kept a smile on her face and did amazing with what she had to work with..thank you for keeping your cool and giving my son a great cut .!"
