The receptionist just told me their booked she’ll call the manager tomorrow when I finally insisted that she called them today she seemed annoyed that she had to do work. "Kori is the girl for layers!!!!!!!! She asks so many questions and I appreciate her for that. She seems to really love what she does, and works with hair with ease. She just touches my hair and it already looks better. I love her and please give her your money. Also the blonde girl at the front desk is so so sweet, she's so good at being nice and looking pretty, has customer service locked in."
"Wow. Just wow. Never have been so annoyed at a business that doesn’t act like one. What is the point on working around a stylist’s schedule and my schedule? Why book when supposedly behind 30+ minutes? Why book?! Seriously? “It’s out of our hands” is what I am told. No. No your stylist, Poppy, has no time management skills and should probably be spoken to about it since it goes hand in hand with understanding how a business functions. So, if you book, realize it doesn’t matter apparently if you are on time or not. I am never one to cancel last minute but I am highly upset and will not return because I took time off my schedule to be here for the appointment and leave for work purposes. Place is a joke."
