"Jill was very nice and gave me a good haircut (~$18). However, I also had my hair colored (~$125) and when I asked for balayage she gave me highlights. The highlights looked good, it just wasn't what I asked for. My hair is dark so I didn't notice until my hair was fully dried at home."
