"I went to this salon to get bangs and a darker dye to my hair. I was treated poorly and left in tears and was offered no condolences for the absolutely terrible hair I left with. She convinced me to do highlights and didn’t even foil my hair properly - after she tried to let me leave with just a cut after my CUT AND COLOR appointment. Paul Mitchell students could have done a better job. PS: Keep politics out of your f*ing mouth when doing the hair of someone who clearly doesn’t want to hear it. You are extremely unprofessional and will NEVER be coming back again. You’d figure being 50+ doing hair you’d have a surplus of experience, but honey you’ve lost your touch."
