"First, let me get the negative out of the way.. Whatever they're storing in the computer about you is not about whatever haircut you get. I go in and tell them I liked what they did last time and I look totally different time. They ask me questions like do I like a 4 on the side, and I don't know what that means. I just want the same haircut from last time, and that never really happens. It's kind of random. The people are usually nice enough, not too chatty though. But I guess this is all what you get going to a 'discount' hair cutting place. ($30-$40 depending how generously you tip.)"
"I’m sad to say that I’m very unhappy with the way Gail cut my hair the last time. I wasn’t offered a mirro, so I didn’t know when I walked out. From the front it’s fine, but I’m not sure what happened but she completely cut all my hair off in the back using a level four clipper. Definitely not what I asked for. And I’m truly not sure how to fix this! I definitely will not be back!"
