"Penny is very unprofessional. You never know what kind of mood she’s going to be in. I tried to schedule my appointments when I knew she would be gone. The way she talked to and treated her renters was horrible. She couldn’t keep anybody for long. She would talk horrible about clients then be so nice to their face. She talked horrible about her people who rented booth space to the other renters. So happy my stylist finally left. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody unless you thrive on drama. Congratulations to all who have walked out!!!!"
