"Went in with friend for same exact pedicure. My friend got hot stones, hot towels and massage like I was suppose to too. I didn’t get any of that. I even said something nicely to tech that was doing me like “don’t I get this too” (hot stones, hot towels and massage) she blatantly ignored me and didn’t do them. She heard me say something to other tech and chose to ignore me too. So whatever. Won’t go back to them."

"I am writing this review while I am still in the store! I had an appointment for 6pm and I showed up at 6:15pm… I registered/ signed up at the front desk! Couple of people were in the front desk had to wait to sign up!! i understand I am late but I have no communication with anybody here! Should I wait? Should I go? It’s been 25min! I went to the front desk and she asked me to talk a lady who is already doing someone else’s nails and she said you are late and pick a color! I think I am leaving!! And never coming back!"

"I came in yesterday for a gel pedicure and an SNS manicure, which was the most painful manicure I’ve ever received. The tech made my cuticles bleed in multiple spots, and the open wounds made the solution she used after REALLY sting. She also used the drill on my natural nails to buff them before dipping which continued to aggravate my cuticles. After dipping, she used a really coarse grit file to shape and file the sides (it seemed like a file that was made for acrylics). It was really uncomfortable, and it also seems like it made some of the powder peel up and look weird. When I got home, I had a bunch of excess hardened powder under and around my nails that I had to peel off. Now, my cuticles look really chewed up, and some are inflamed and very painful. My pedicure is uneven and already peeling. I went back in today to ask for a refund for the manicure (I didn’t even mention the pedicure - I was more upset that my fingers hurt) and was refused. The man I spoke to said they don’t do refunds, but offered to redo my nails. I explained that I didn’t want them redone because they hurt and I didn’t want to use acetone on them until they healed, but he told to make an appointment three days from now. I explained again that I wasn’t interested in having them redone, I just wanted my $60 back. He still refused. I feel like I paid $120 to look and feel worse than I did before I went in."
