"Awful service. Tried to call for an appointment to dye and haircut. They asked what I needed. I said to fix my hair color, and they said I have to book two separate appointments (wouldn’t let me do one long one). I agreed to that and came in and the consult guy said it would take 3 hours, I said okay and then asked if he could do it that day or over the weekend. He said no, they could only do next week. I said why would I walk around with bad hair color for a week? Then I said nevermind I’ll fix the color myself, can I at least get a haircut? And he said no. They didn’t charge me for the consult, but they successfully wasted a busy woman’s time (and wouldn’t even give me a haircut). Do not go here if you want professional hair service help, or any service at all."

"You will definitely get a very expensive Karen haircut, it's their default style. It makes sense because that's every client that walks in and every person that works there. It would just be v cool if they were more contemporary and less like the Talbot's two doors down. Never again!"

"“ Mike” was unbelievably RUDE and has no enthusiasm to do any work. I had worst experience at my baby shower. I booked hair styling appointment. When I went there and showed him picture of style that I wanted, he said abruptly, “I can only blow dry and curl. Nothing more than that. “ I did try to talk to him. That I booked for my Baby shower but he was adamant n refusing to do anything more ;than curl. I eventually agreed since it was last minute for me. Throughout service, he had his “ facial expressions as uninterested and non enthusiastic to talk to anyone or even congratulate them. In the end, I was disappointed by even curl quality and asked him to curl properly. He refused by saying ,” your hair does not hold any curl” . I showed him my own picture when I curled my hair myself for a party just a week ago and curls were holding really well. His reply was again,” that’s the best I can do.” I got up from chair saying,” I will curl at home and fix it myself” to which he replied,” SURE”. And walked away. I went to pay and turns out he added extra charge. I refused to pay extra than $60 since I was already unhappy. Management was made aware but they made no apology for Mike rude appointment experience other than Attaching a photo for reader to review!!!!!"

"I walked in for my first appointment with Nikki Roberts with big plans. I was planning to cut about 9 inches off and go with a short style for summer. The front staff were great and Nikki’s assistant was wonderful. Nikki had my hair cut within an hour and it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. The. Best. Haircut. I’ve been back again for highlights and a trim and once again, an amazing experience with Nikki. I love my hair, other people love my hair, my teen sons love my hair. If you’re looking for a new salon and a new stylist, definitely give Pure Concepts a try. If you can schedule with Nikki, even better!!"
