"I have been a customer of Kim Harpers for a number of years and all of their hairstylists are great. They recently remodel and the place looks great. Unfortunately, they have changed the style of their shampoo chairs and I no longer look forward to getting my hair wash because the new chairs cause my back to hurt for an extended period of time. I am getting to a point that I will need to change salons due to how uncomfortable the shampoo chairs are. So this is my last ditch effort to get the old style shampoo chairs back before I have to move on. I am keeping my fingers crossed the owner of the salon sees my review."
