The girl who was supposed to do my nails never apologized or looked up at me. They don't have a clue on customer service."

"Walked in at 11:30AM on a Friday. One customer in the salon, with one tech doing her feet and another working on her hands. There was no one else in the salon. Was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. One of the techs finally walks over and asked what I needed, then said “We can’t do it. We don’t have time, we’re too busy.” No explanation, just terrible customer service. Two stars for pretty decor and cleanliness."
"I’m so happy with my nails. The salon is clean nice atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly. The last salon I went to messed my shape up so bad I just ripped them off I was so mad. Anna not only got my shape right she made sure I was happy with my shape which is extremely important to me! I am a happy customer and will definitely be a regular at this salon."
