"I recently got my french gel done. After I left I noticed that my thumb had a chip in the white, the white on my middle finger was uneven, and my thumb and pointer finger were not shiny! Rushed job with bad results. I emailed the owner but he never replied. He obviously either doesn't care or he is used to providing bad service and getting complaints. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!"
"My original review was going to be lower but the customer service from the owners changed that. I brought my daughter here for her birthday and she got a pedicure and a full set and I got a gel mani/pedi. Helen did amazing on my nails!! The first person who did my daughter’s nails argued with her and refused to do the design she asked for and she left that day in tears. I called and spoke with Andre and he scheduled her to come back in and that he or Tiffany would fix them at no charge. When she came back, Tiffany went to work and undid as much of the absolute garbage job the first person did. She left with a different design than she wanted (because the acrylic base was the wrong color due to the first guy) but she loves them. I already scheduled my next appointment with Helen and her next appointment with Tiffany."
